Julien Gossa received his PhD in Computer Science from Lyon 1 University in 2007. He joined the University of Strasbourg as an associate professor in computer science in 2008 and is a expert in Credit d’Impôt Recherche (CIR). He is associate to the INRIA Algorille team and a member of the ANR INFRA SONGS project.

His main interest is resources management in cloud computing with Schlouder, which is a scientific computing cloud broker designed to provision cloud resources on behalf of the user. He is also developing SchIaaS, a cloud simulator based on SimGrid.
